Are your cleaners vetted and insured?
Yes. Every cleaner is personally vetted, trained and insured. We are a family-owned cleaning company — not an agency — so we manage our team and standards directly.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover Bristol and the surrounding areas, including Clifton, the city centre, Filton, Patchway, Bedminster and nearby neighbourhoods. If you're unsure whether we cover your area, just ask.
Do I need to be present during the clean?
Not at all. Many of our regular clients provide secure access and come home to a freshly cleaned property. We'll agree whatever arrangement works for you.
What products do you use, and are they safe for pets and children?
We offer eco-friendly, non-toxic products and prioritise child- and pet-safe options. Let us know about any allergies or sensitivities and we'll tailor the products we use.
Can I book a one-off clean?
Yes. Alongside regular weekly and fortnightly cleaning, we offer one-off deep cleans, end of tenancy cleans and carpet, upholstery and oven cleaning as standalone services or add-ons.
How do I get a quote?
The fastest way is our online quote form. You can also message us on WhatsApp, call, or email — and share photos or videos for a quicker, more accurate price.
How do payment and scheduling work?
Once you're booked in, you can manage appointments, invoices and requests through your Client Hub. We'll walk you through everything when you get your quote.
